The new statutes of the Czech Blue Poppy Association (Český modrý mák z.s.) were approved by the General Assembly on 22 October 2015 in Větrný Jeníkov.
An amendment to the statutes was approved at the General Assembly on 15 October 2021, also in Větrný Jeníkov.

“All members of the Czech Blue Poppy Association (Český modrý mák z.s.) shall actively participate in limiting the import of technical poppy into the Czech Republic, primarily by not engaging in such imports themselves.
The import of technical poppy is contrary to the interests of the Association.
If a member imports technical poppy into the Czech Republic, they should terminate their membership in the Association.
Should they fail to do so voluntarily, they will be expelled from the Association.”

Declaration unanimously adopted on March 6, 2018 at the Member’s meeting of the Czech Blue Poppy z.s.
